We ship quickly (within 1-2 business days of order) to any address in the United States, except where local laws may prevent us from shipping or selling our products. Check below for a list of states or localities where we are prohibited from shipping certain products.  After we ship from our customer service headquarters, it will still depend on the delivery option you have choosen when you calculate how long it should be before your product reaches you.  For example, if you order Express, we will do our best to ship the same or the next day and you should receive your order a day after that.

International Shipping:  Please contact us regarding international shipments, but we will only consider shipping to countries where our products can be shipped legally and securely.  We may require bankwire payments for international shipments.

Carrier Options

Shipping and handling are offered at several rates depending on customer preference. We ship using US Post Office (USPS) and UPS.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns.  Once an order is placed, we process it immediately and ship in a sanitary, secure manner.  We cannot accept returns because we will not re-ship a product once it has left the shipping and fulfillment center.  We strive to offer the absolute best customer service and if we have made a mistake with regard to your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Delivery Options

Customers may choose Priority Shipping (usually 2-3 days) or Express Shipping (1-2 days) from USPS. If UPS is preferred, customers may have their packaged shipped via Ground Shipping (usually 2-6 days), 2nd Day Air (typically 2 days, by the end of the day) or Next Business Day (by the end of the next business day).

*High Prices for UPS: We apologize for, but have no control over the high rates charged by UPS.  Due to fuel surcharges, their rates have increased substantially compared to the US Postal Service.

Packaging

We offer discrete shipping, packaging and billing. Your package sender will be listed as PHP-Order Fulfillment and the packaging is discrete, opaque and simple.

Order Processing Time

Unless there is a delay caused by the credit card or a problem arises with the order, we usually process orders within 2 business days.  We ship as fast as possible - it is not necessary to email us and request that process your order immediately, because we do that for every order.  Because we need time to process credit cards and ensure orders are valid, we can no longer ship orders on the same day, but we will try our best.
